People simply know about the world’s most popular leaning tower, Leaning Tower of Pisa. However, in addition to this Italian tower, there are some other incredible leaning towers like Capital Gate, Puerta De Europa and De Oldehove that do not stand perpendicular to the ground. Amazingly, these structures are not the result of design or construction errors and subsequent external influence.
According to the Guinness Book of World Records in June 2010, the Capital Gate of AbuDhabi is regarded as the world’s furthest leaning man-made tower ever constructed. This unique 35-storey structure is a mixed use skyscraper featuring a striking lean with a notable 18º incline to the west.
